1. Introduction
“I know that I am a happier person because of my dharma practice. There's no doubt.”
“It was just so inspiring to learn that there was a whole path laid out that you could follow, to find happiness. That was real, and worked.
“I have particularly benefited tremendously from what I've learned from Buddhism. And it's helped me in my life a lot.”
“If I hadn't found Buddhism, I wouldn't have found a place for my mind to settle into a givingness, a contemplation, a place of quiet for myself that I treasure and I cherish.”
“One of my dreams is to revive Mongolian Buddhism, that many people now come to question their life, that less people, less and less people, encounter that enemy, with less pain. The only cure is Buddhism. There is no other way to do that.”

My suggestion to my Mongolian friends, is to look back, and find what was truthful, what was deep inside of the heart of who you are as a people, as individuals. That is part of that mystery, and that is where you will find the happiness that will lead you into a future that will be unique. It won't be fake American, or fake Chinese, it will be uniquely Mongolian. I can honestly say from my own experience, through the Buddhist path, you will find that.
